Well written. Author includes his own life examples, which I find very cool. He goes by; Do What You Say Say What You Do and that is what I strongly believe in.
I found this book to be easy reading. Lee uses inspirational messages and analogies from every day life, and his own personal life, to help you gain a new perspective on how to become a better leader. He wants readers to learn valuable lessons from his life experience. He offers questions for you to consider when dealing with certain situations. Good book for a good price.
Lee Kind's book 25 Days to becoming a Better Leader at Work, Home, & Play is an excellent compilation of life lessons and scenarios describing a wide range of leadership situations that I found to be easy to understand and apply in several instances. Many times the most efficient way to improve one's ability to lead is to learn from others' experiences (case study). Lee's message of striking a balance and being an effective leader regardless of the role (parent, boss, and teammate) is nicely developed in each chapter. As Lee explains so well in his book, leadership is dynamic and therefore requires proper development, training, and experience. I would recommend this book to new leaders looking to improve their leadership skills by learning from a proven leader.
